Return and Refund Policy
If you encounter any printing issues with your order, you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt. We will reproduce defective or incorrect orders, but refunds are not provided. Customers must provide photographic evidence of defective items within 7 business days to qualify for reprints.
Payment
Order Placement, and Cancellations We accept payments in USD and begin processing orders upon receipt of full payment. Orders cannot be modified once they enter the printing phase. A cancellation fee applies within a 4-hour window after proof approval, with increasing fees for later cancellations.
Design Orders
No reimbursements or credits are offered for design services once an order is placed.
Sales Tax Policy We charge sales tax on orders from Texas, USA, unless customers provide tax exemption certificates.
Customer-Submitted Artwork and Files Customers are responsible for submitting artwork in CMYK format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. We are not liable for printing issues resulting from incorrect file formats.
Proofs and Color Accuracy Customers must carefully review and approve proofs before printing. We do not guarantee exact color matches due to printing limitations. No liability is accepted for errors in the final product.
No Liability for Errors We are not responsible for errors in the final product, including font, grammar, or printing mistakes.
Speed of Production, Order Delivery, and Shipping Production begins after artwork approval and payment. We offer various production speeds, and delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Changes in Terms and Conditions Custom Elite Boxes reserves the right to modify terms and conditions without notice. Continued use of our website implies acceptance of any changes.
Termination of Storage We may terminate storage agreements with advance notice. Customers are responsible for payment and removal of stored goods.
Payment Terms & Collection Expenses Payment for storage accounts is due monthly, with a late fee applied to overdue invoices.
